There was a time we were afraid this enchanting man wouldn't be part of our finished product. Then there was a longer time when we were afraid that he would. We thought we were in the clear when a court order barred him from appearing on any live TV shows after the, uh, incident. But, alas, the Web is not live (at least not our Web), and so he hired a pack of lawyers (using residuals from his TV show) to enforce his contract with Guycon and, well, the horrible result is on the Web for everyone to see. You can thank our legal system, and a couple of fellows named Jim & Jack.
